SFR3 is a boutique real estate investment fund acquiring $2.5B+ of single-family homes by 2024. We specialize in renovating distressed homes, using software-driven operations to scale a large number of smaller markets concurrently. In just over a year and a half, we’ve grown to 2k+ homes in over two dozen metros, and we’re continuing to expand. As part of our growth, we’re looking for someone to help grow our capacity to maintain the high quality and standards that have made us so successful.
As Renovation Estimate Manager, you will play a crucial role on a small team that creates incredible leverage: the central point of trust where we rely on experienced eyes to review, modify, and approve millions of dollars worth of work. You’ll be responsible for ensuring quality and standards are met at every step of the process, from our initial bids to the final signoff before a tenant moves in or the property changes hand. We do business differently than many of our new hires and contractors are used to - it’s why we’re successful and why we can move fast. But no matter how advanced our technology and processes, we’ll need your expertise to tie it all together.
