About SFR3

SFR3 is a boutique real estate investment fund acquiring $2.5B+ of single-family homes by 2024. We specialize in renovating distressed homes, using software-driven operations to scale a large number of smaller markets concurrently. In just over 2 years, we’ve grown to 4k+ homes in over two dozen metros, and we’re continuing to expand. As part of our growth, we are looking for Utilities Specialists to setup power, water and gas service to hundreds of homes across dozens of markets.

Your Mandate

You will coordinate utility activations end-to-end for SFR3's newly purchased homes. Your duties will include initiating service with local utility providers, collecting and entering account information into databases and coordinating with local teams in the field to complete utility work orders. Our renovation team cannot complete construction until homes have power, gas and running water. You will key to making them successful!

You should have essential data entry skills, including good familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. We also expect you to be able to work with a team in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.

You'll Need

  • 2+ years' experience of working on as a Data Entry Operator or relevant Operations position

  • An “ownership” approach to all aspects of the job; you pride yourself on speed and quality

  • Solid experience with administrative duties as well as office equipment usage

  • Comfort with working in Google Sheets & other new computer applications

  • Accuracy, close attention to detail transcribing data and filling out forms

  • Strong organization skills, good responsibility and confidentiality

  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be a bonus

Compensation
• 1099 - Hourly base salary with significant bonus potential (per activation)
